Digital & Local Spaces: Community Wellbeing in Practice

I research how digital tools and mindful spaces can support community wellbeing. Based at Goldsmiths' Art Department with Arts and Humanities Research Council funding, I explore how independent wellness spaces can remain authentic while embracing digital innovation. Through video, audio, and participatory projects, I document how studio owners and practitioners balance tradition with accessibility, sustainability, and ethical business practices.

Current research examines:

  • Design and aesthetics in wellness spaces

  • Digital tools for community building

  • Sustainable business models

  • Inclusive approaches to wellbeing
